On June 20, 2020, India launched an anti-dumping investigation on China's aluminum foil (below 80 microns, except for 5.5-80 microns) (the product range covers products with thickness below 5.5 that were not involved in the last anti-dumping). The initial ruling results have been issued. This time, the quantity tax is adopted, that is, tax per ton, and the second lowest in the medium-sized funds. Shenhuo, Dingsheng, Fengyuan and Kunshan also responded to the lawsuit to obtain separate tax rates, with the national unified tax of 976.99 USD/MT. The anti-dumping tax rate is expected to be implemented in one month.
